Our Wholesale Terms & Conditions
ORDER AND CONTRACT:
Our acceptance of your order will take place when the order has been processed on to our system, we email you an invoice, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
Stock: If there is anything in our inventory that has a lower stock than what you had hoped to order, just call or contact us via email for availability and we can adjust your invoice accordingly. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by telephone on 01332 419112.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Your rights to make a change to your order: If you wish to make a change to the order you have placed please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will confirm with you, if there is a price change in the interim or charge due to the changes, or if the timing of supply changes, which would be necessary because of your requested change, we will ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract.
If we are unable to accept your order: we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
PRICE AND PAYMENT:
All prices are listed in GBP (Sterling). The price of the product excludes VAT and delivery costs. We will pass on changes in the rate of VAT. If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
WHEN AND HOW TO PAY:
You can pay for products using a debit card, credit card or BACS payment, your payment terms are subject to your contract with us.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product CBD EasyMix issued to you is correct. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. If this does occur, we will rectify any such errors as soon as possible once we become aware of them. If a Product’s correct price is different from the price stated on our Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any goods provided to you.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Overseas customers must take full responsibility for shipping as well as import/export duties. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by you at the time of ordering. For orders dispatched, please allow for 1-3 days delivery within the UK and 8-10 days for international delivery.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please email email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.
If an item is lost in the transit please allow 14 days before you can make a claim (This is due to the delivery companies terms and conditions, normally we would resolve this issue a lot sooner).
Wholesale orders and distribution orders may not be returned or changed. We only accept returns in the case of defective product/under circumstances detailed below:
-We have sent items not included on the purchase order/ invoice
-The Goods arrive damaged due to fault in our dispatch system
-The Goods are subject to a Product recall notice on grounds of safety or public policy
-The goods are faulty and, if so, our standard warranty provisions apply
Goods whose packaging has been interfered with or goods which have in any way been used will not be replaced.

Our EasyMix must only be used in accordance with the instructions provided.
Whilst every measure has been taken to make our packaging child-proof and all appropriate explicit warnings and cautions explicitly provided on packaging and labelling, we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury arising from or attributable to a failure to comply with the warnings and instructions as listed in this clause or from failure to use any product as intended or in accordance with the instructions provided with that product.
